What is Swash?
Swashbucklers, or "Swash," is an extracurricular show choir primarily made up of freshmen and sophomores, but also includes some juniors and seniors. This group meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:50-8:50am, and is a great opportunity for any student who wants to be in another performing choir full of talented and dedicated singers!
Swashbucklers learn pop music with choreography and occasionally sing vocal jazz as well. Swash performs at every concert, has family bonding dinners, goes on tour in December, performs at our October Dinner Show fundraiser, and performs at Chamber Singers Coffee House as well as TEMPO Show.

FAQ
Q: I want to join, but I could only be there once a week because of an activity at school. Can I still be in Swash?
A: I handle these situations on a case-by-case basis, but I can almost always make it work. If this is your situation, please audition anyway!
Q: Do I have to be a good dancer to be in Swash?
A: Absolutely not. I can work with any ability level, as long as you are willing to try and learn!
Q: Are there any fees associated with Swashbucklers?
A: The only fee would be your t-shirt fee, approximately $25, and any costs associated with outings or parties.
