Welcome to the Cooper JH Choir Family!

Cooper choirs have consistently earned top ratings at UIL Concert and Sight Reading Evaluations as well as with the Director's Choice Music Festivals in North Texas. Cooper JH prides itself on "setting the standard" and each year the Cooper Choirs provide our students opportunities to set the standard in the following areas: Developing their artistic expression and musical skills including: vocal technique, music theory and sight-reading skills, Working with others as well as individual responsibility, pride and integrity. Cooper Choirs will learn challenging choral literature throughout the year and will be provided opportunities to extend their skills by participating in the Wylie ISD Solo Festival which takes place in November, and the Region 25 MS Honor Choir Auditions which take place in early April.
